As an Entry Level Service/Outreach Representative, you are provided with the knowledge necessary to assist in community engagement and enrollment support through entry-level training. The purpose behind our clients' missions drives us to grow and build daily, and we are looking for someone who matches that energy. Entry Level Service/Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Educate community members about our non-profit partnerships, bringing to light awareness and support opportunities
- Accurately record and manage donations (monetary and other)
- Engage in continuous training, coaching, and mentorship through daily Customer Service Trainee meetings and networking sessions to improve skill sets and enhance industry knowledge
- Work closely with fellow marketing team members to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
- Maintain composure, resolve concerns, and overcome challenges as needed, when working with customers in a face-to-face environment
Entry Level Service/Outreach Representative Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Experience in customer service, bartending, retail, serving, sales, or a similar role is a plus!
- Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude
- Proficiency in public speaking, or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated individual
- Immediate availability is preferred
