To continue delivering results for our charity partners, we are looking for an Outreach and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our Entry Level Outreach and Customer Service Representative has one goal in mind, to educate the community on our charity partners' core message through interactive community outreach events.
Responsibilities of the Outreach and Customer Service Position:
- Educate community members on our charity partners' core mission through pop-up style promotional events
- Attend in-office meetings to increase knowledge on our charity partners, rules, and procedures
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness for our charity partners
- Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community aimed at increasing donor loyalty
- Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as accurately tracking all donations
Outreach and Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in philanthropy, community outreach, events or related field
- Compassionate and understanding
- Passion for giving back to the community and volunteering
- Experience in customer service, bartending/serving, or retail is a plus!
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- Ability to public speak and present our mission with confidence and professionalism
- Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
